Finals are over, the lease ends Friday, and the futon isn’t fitting in the car. We price per item so students aren’t paying for a truck they don’t need: a twin mattress is $82, a futon $111. A whole four-bedroom unit usually goes by truck-fill from $241.
Two Move-Out Waves a Year
UTSA was established on June 5, 1969, and enrolled 38,223 students in fall 2025. Its main campus covers 725 acres along Loop 1604, with an apartment belt running out toward La Cantera and The Rim.
Move-outs pile up in May and again in late summer. Book early in either window and the pickup date is yours.

Yes. A twin mattress at $82 is above the $75 minimum, so a single item is a full order.
Can my parents book the pickup?
Yes. Anyone can book it; the crew just needs someone to open the door or a way in.
When should I book for May move-out?
As soon as you know your lease end date. The last days of the spring semester fill first.
Do you donate furniture students leave behind?
Clean, usable pieces go to donation; the rest is disposed of.
